Because Just A Premise offers digital creative products and made-to-order writing services, all sales are generally final once a product has been delivered or downloaded.
You may request a cancellation before work begins. If you cancel after work has started, a partial refund may be issued at the creator’s discretion based on the progress made. If the creator cancels the project for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
All digital product sales are final once the item is delivered or downloaded. Refunds are only available if:
Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in a permanent ban from future purchases or commissions.
All transactions are processed through external platforms (e.g., Ko-fi). Those platforms’ own refund and dispute policies also apply. If an issue arises, please contact the creator directly first at Dabblerwitch@gmail.com for resolution.
